Ingredients:
|
• 250 g Mushrooms (chopped)
• 300 g Chicken
• 3 Green Chilies
• 3 Garlic Cloves
• 1½ cups Onion (chopped)
• 1 inch piece of Ginger (chopped)
• ½ tsp Pepper Powder
• ½ tsp Garam Masala
• ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
• Salt (to taste)
• 2 tbsp Oil

How to make Chicken Mushroom:

Combine chicken with little turmeric powder, enough water, and salt in a pressure cooker and cook until tender. Separate the bones and meat.
|

Slice the meat into small pieces.
|
•
|
Heat oil in a pan and fry green chilies, ginger, garlic, and onions.
|
•
|
Add garam masala, pepper powder, and turmeric powder. Mix and cook well.
|
•
|
Add mushrooms and stir well.
|
•
|
Flavor with salt to taste and cook covered for 10 minutes.
|
•
|
Add chicken and cook for another 6-8 minutes, stirring continuously.
|
•
|
Serve hot with rice.
|

Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

• 5 cups Mushrooms (sliced)
• 1½ cups Vegetable Broth
• ½ cup chopped Onion
• 1/8 tsp dried Thyme
• 3 tbsp Butter
• 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
• Salt and ground Black Pepper (to taste)
• 1 cup Cream (Half & Half)
• 1 tbsp Sherry

How to make Cream of Mushroom Soup:

Cook mushrooms in vegetable broth, onions, and thyme, until tender.
|
•
|
Puree the mixture in food processor, leaving some chunks of vegetables in it. Set aside.
|
•
|
Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Stir in flour, until smooth.
|
•
|
Add salt, black pepper, cream, and vegetable puree.
|
•
|
Increase the heat and bring the soup to a boil, stirring constantly.
|
•
|
Simmer until thickened.
|
•
|
Add sherry and remove from heat.
|
•
|
Ladle into bowls and serve hot.

Ingredients:

• 400 gm Button Mushrooms
• 200 gm Capsicum
• 2 medium Onions
• 2 cm Ginger
• 6 flakes Garlic
• 4 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Chili Powder
• 2 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
• 2 tsp Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Corn Flour
• 1 cup Water
• Salt to taste

How to make Chilli Mushroom:

Cut mushrooms into halves.
|
•
|
Cut capsicums into halves, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips.
|
•
|
Grind onion, ginger and garlic to a paste.
|
•
|
Heat 4 tbsp of oil. Fry the ground paste.
|
•
|
Add chili powder and ¼ cup water. Simmer till almost dry.
|
•
|
Add capsicums, mushrooms and salt. Cover and cook on low flame till vegetables turn tender crisp.
|
•
|
Add Soya sauce and vinegar. Mix corn flour with water and add.
|
•
|
Bring to a boil, simmer for 1 minute.
|
•
|
Serve Chili Mushroom hot with noodles or fried rice.
